Enrollment Options for All Macomb County Residents

  • Enrollment for 2022-2023 Opens February 1, 2022. 


    When you enroll in Fraser Public Schools, you are part of the Fraser Family. We are excited to offer several options for all students in grades K-12. 


    Elementary Options

    Young 5s

    Fraser Public Schools has an established program for students who may benefit from an additional year of learning before kindergarten. This program is only offered face-to-face.

    • For students with birthdays between May 1 and December 1
    • Modified kindergarten curriculum
    • Certified teachers
    • Specials classes include art, physical education, music and 21st century
    • Busing available for resident students
    • Beginning in 2022-2023, this program will be offered at Edison, Eisenhower and Twain Elementary schools.
    • Students must take the Brigance Assessment.

    K-6 Face-to-Face 

    K-6 Virtual

    • Online learning will occur at home. 
    • District provides an iPad for each student.
    • We are partnering with a third-party company to provide daily instruction.
    • A Fraser teacher will be assigned as a mentor to ensure students are checking in, on track and to align grading with ours.
    • Students entering kindergarten must take the Brigance Assessment.

    Secondary Options 7-12

    7-12 Face-to-Face

    • District provides a MacBook for every student.

    7-12 Virtual

    • Not all courses will be offered virtually. 
    • Online learning at home.
    • District provides a MacBook for each student.
    • We are partnering with a third-party company to provide daily instruction.
    • A Fraser teacher will be assigned as a mentor to ensure students are checking in, on track and to align grading with ours.
    • Students will not be able to attend some classes face-to-face and others virtually.
    • Please review the virtual course catalogs before applying for this program. 

District Residents

  • District residents are able to enroll their students at any time during the school year. Fraser Public Schools boundaries include the entire City of Fraser, and parts of Roseville and Clinton Township. You can verify that you live in the district by viewing our district map or by calling Central Enrollment at (586) 439-7014.

Schools of Choice Enrollment

  • Enrollment for 2022-2023 begins February 1, 2022.

    Fraser Public Schools participates in Schools of Choice for Macomb County residents.

    This program is open to students entering Young 5s-11th grade who reside anywhere in Macomb County, have not been suspended during the last two school years or ever been expelled. An official disciplinary report from the prior district(s) for the last two school years is required at the time of enrollment. School of Choice families are responsible for their own transportation.

    • Applications can be completed online, or completed and returned to the Administration Building.
    • Unlimited spaces are available for 2022-2023.
    • We make every attempt to keep siblings together.
    • All schools accept Schools of Choice students, contingent on available space in that grade level at the specific school.
    • Once students are enrolled, they will become a Fraser student and will not need to be re-enrolled each year.

    Schools of Choice and Release of Records Form
    All new Schools of Choice students must submit a completed SOC form and Release of Records at the time of enrollment. The form is included in the online registration packet. Anyone submitting the PDF registration packet will also need to complete this form.
