Welcome to Fraser Public Schools and thank you for taking the time to visit our web site.  I hope you will take this opportunity to explore the many wonderful programs and offerings that are available to our PreK-12 students and their families.  Fraser Public Schools has a long-standing tradition of providing a high quality and comprehensive education to our community.  As a result, our students are consistently ranked near the top of all Macomb County schools in their performance on MEAP and MME state assessments.  In addition, our students enjoy a variety of extra-curricular programs that are focused on connecting them to their school and our community.  We believe every child has an opportunity to learn and grow whether their passion is in the arts, athletics, activities or academics.  One example of this belief is our award winning performing arts program and the recent establishment of the Fraser Performing Arts Career Academy.  This “school within a school” Academy is focused on providing students with a college-prep curriculum in the performing arts while attending a traditional high school campus.  The development of the FPACA demonstrates our district commitment to providing students with opportunities to learn and grow in an environment that supports their varied passions and interests.

Strong parent and community support has been the cornerstone of our success in Fraser.  Over the past decade, our community has supported bond proposals that have resulted in updated facilities and the integration of technology throughout our school district.  As we look to the future, we recognize the need to continuously improve and re-design our learning environment to meet the needs of today’s learner is more important now than ever.  Our staff is committed to meeting that challenge by implementing best practice strategies throughout our schools and organization in order to reach our goals of providing our students with the skills that are necessary to be successful in the 21st century.

Again, thank you for your interest in our school district.  I would encourage you to take the time to visit our schools and to personally witness the wonderful opportunities that are available to our students.  If I can be of personal assistance to you, please do not hesitate to contact me.

With Fraser Pride,

Dr. Carrie Wozniak
Superintendent
