The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) recommends anyone who tests positive for COVID-19 to isolate at home for five days from the day symptoms began or the day a positive test result was received if there are no symptoms.
For direct contacts outside of the school environment:
Conduct symptom monitoring for 10 days And
Test at least one time (if possible) 3-7days after exposure and if symptoms develop And
Consider wearing a mask around others for 10 days from the date of last exposure

Conduct symptom monitoring for 10 days And
Test if symptoms develop And
Consider wearing a mask around others for 10 days from the date of last exposure
