My name is Ryan Sines and I am the principal at Fraser High School. My wife and I have 5 children and are both principals. I grew up in a small town in Northeast Ohio and believe in the special bond that schools and community have. Fraser has that special bond and I will continue to reach out and foster new relationships to strengthen that bond.

Relationships, Relationships, Relationships! I believe we must invest in the Three R’s on a daily basis so that all students feel like they belong. Our students deserve the very best and we need to continue to fight for each and every one of them. I will be a CHAMPION for students by:

• Being intentional about creating a connection with students;
• Helping students believe they are capable;
• Fostering a growth mindset, complimented with a strong work ethic and determination to build students’ confidence.
