Second-grade students at Disney Elementary are learning about the Earth and how it changes today and overtime in their science class. Recently, they learned about different landforms on Earth and how they change.
After studying landforms students had the opportunity to choose a landform that they had been learning about and create a 3D model of that landform. The students created amazing projects that included volcanoes, valleys, lakes, hills, and mountains.
The students love the opportunity to have a choice in what they are creating and they can be creative and the opportunity to express their creativity.
