Johnathan Rand, the author of the Michigan Chillers series is going to be visiting Salk Elementary for an assembly on December 5th. One of our students, Weston Gilbert, entered his name in a drawing at the Macomb Reads Festival to win a visit by the author. His name was drawn and our whole school won. Thank you Weston!

If your student would like an autographed copy of one of Mr. Rand's books, you can purchase the book on order forms sent home. A copy of the form is also attached below. All orders are due December 4th.

Books will arrive about one week after Mr. Rand's visit. Due to time constraints, Mr. Rand will not sign books during the assembly.
