We Welcome All Macomb County Residents

When you enroll in Fraser Public Schools, you become part of the Fraser Family. We are excited to offer several options to all Macomb County residents, from virtual learning to in-person learning, and Young 5s for our littlest learners.

Our students are collaborators, creators, critical thinkers, global citizens and communicators, and they have character. We create dynamic relationships where students are deeply engaged and motivated – building a strong foundation tailored to your child’s individual needs.

District Residents

District residents are able to enroll their students at any time during the school year. Fraser Public Schools boundaries include the entire City of Fraser, and parts of Roseville and Clinton Township. You can verify that you live in the district by viewing our district map.

Schools of Choice

Fraser Public Schools participates in Schools of Choice for Macomb County residents who have not been suspended during the last two school years or ever been expelled.

An official disciplinary report from the prior district(s) for the last two school years is required at the time of enrollment. School of Choice families are responsible for their own transportation.

We make every attempt to keep siblings together.
All schools accept Schools of Choice students, contingent on available space in a grade level at the requested school.

- All new Schools of Choice students must submit a completed SOC form and Discipline Report Request at the time of enrollment.

Set up your PowerSchool Parent Portal Account.

Once you complete Steps 1 and 2, you will receive an email with instructions to create your Parent Portal Account (if you do not have one already). You must create an account and complete the electronic enrollment packet in order to be enrolled in Fraser Public Schools.

If you would like to register your child in virtual learning, you will be able to select that option during this step.

Please be sure to check your spam/junk folders for the emailed instructions.

Required Document Checklist

Online Registration Forms in PowerSchool
Mortgage Statement or Property Tax Bill or Deed or Current Lease along with a notarized Landlord Affidavit (all pages fully executed by all parties, not expired, and the legal guardian needs to be on the lease)
Two Recent Billing Statements (gas, electric, cable) within the last 30 days displaying parent/guardian’s full name and address - SHUT OFF NOTICES, INTENT TO SHUT OFF NOTICES, CELL PHONE BILLS, OR WATER BILLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Child's Original Birth Certificate (we will make a copy and return the original)
Parent/Guardian ID (Driver’s License or State ID)- It must match the residency documents. There are no exceptions.
Hearing and Vision Test along with a Dental Screening (Young 5s & Kindergarten Only)
Current Immunization Record (needs to be up-to-date before attendance can begin) or Electronic Waiver from the Health Department
Last Report Card and Unofficial Transcript
Disciplinary Record for the Past Two Years
Copy of IEP or 504 Plan, if applicable

Virtual Learning

Online learning is available for students in kindergarten - 12th grade. Fraser partners with third-party providers to deliver daily instruction. Each student will be assigned a Fraser teacher to serve as a mentor, helping them stay on track and ensuring their grades align with district standards.

Students enrolled in virtual learning are still eligible to participate in Fraser athletics and student organizations.
